Earlier this month, one of Ireland’s major carrot producers, Hughes Farming, went into administration.

Though this ordeal, the State has inflicted immeasurable harm and suffering on Patrick Sibanyoni. There is the immediacy and acuity of the pain from being in prison with a psychiatric illness.
